New play areas for residents of property to rent in Camden
Camden Council has announced that the region will soon have 16 new play areas, as part of the Play Pathfinder Scheme.
There are 20 local authorities that have joined the government's £225 million initiative to boost fun areas for youngsters, and Camden will soon benefit from the programme.
Residents of property to rent in Camden, who already have some of the best recycling options in London, will be able to take their children to the new sites, which will be spread across the borough in places such as Kilburn, Primrose Hill and West Hampstead.
Janet Grauberg, Camden Council's executive member for children and young people, said: "It's great news that we are developing 16 more sites when the one's we've already opened are proving so popular."
She added that the playgrounds are going to be placed in parts of the borough where youngsters do not usually have access to such facilities - which she was particularly pleased about.
