Premier Letting Agents in Hendon London NW4
Area Comments
An excellent northern suburb, Hendon is placed perfectly either for getting into town or for escapes to the north and the countryside.
A classic suburban London space, Hendon is a huge property source for anyone who wants a wide range of choices at good prices. This is an excellent place to live with resources everywhere. There are shops aplenty in Hendon Central, which is a thriving little town centre: you can get everything you need there without having to go into town, although it's easy enough to do this if you hop on the Northern Line.
As might be expected of a place where Sir Stamford Raffles, founder of Singapore, is buried, Hendon has some truly wonderful housing in all of its areas. It's a place with a wide range of locales, all of which in times past were separate little districts and which have in recent times been unified. West Hendon is the place for affordable properties and here you can pick up houses and conversions at very competitive prices. In Hendon proper, there are very large luxury detached houses, but also this area, with its pressured space and most of the transport links, is where the newer apartment blocks are found providing professionals and couples looking for ease of access with convenient places to live. In Hendon proper as well there are little cottages and some semis, although there are more of this kind of property in the more suburban area of Mill Hill.
Hugely varied in terms of property, with great shops and a good local economy, Hendon is safe, its streets tend to be wide, and its choice of houses and flats are excellent.
