This site is written complying to as many standards as possible as laid down by the W3C. You can validate the XHTML on this site or you can validate the CSS on this site to see if it conforms to such standards. We have not included on each page a validate icon only because we do not really like the way it makes site look but you are free to test any page for it's validation status to test out claims. There are various tools for standards and accessibility checking like HiSoftware® Cynthia Says™ Portal or Stanford University Web Accessibility Checker. The site is written in XHTML 1.0. Most of this site confirms to WCAG 1.0 (Level A) and Section 508.

Web Browsers
Did you know that Internet Explorer is not the only web browser people use? You should be able to see this web site in all modern-day computer based web browsers. The site has been tested with all the market leading browsers (listed below). If you are using an older browser e.g. IE4/5, IE6, NS4, FireFox 2 or early versions of web browsers, you may not see this site as it was designed to be seen. Older browsers often have poor or non standard support for CSS and may not support HTML4, XHTML or HTML5. However, this site should still be visible and usable in these older browsers.
