The Redbridge area is a keystone of the North East London region, and provides excellent resources and amenities, with properties still at competitive prices. A broad area containing a huge range of housing, Redbridge has something for everyone.
The Redbridge area sits in the shadow to an extent of the M11, but is generally a peaceful, quiet area, close to several large parks such as the beautiful Valentines Park and Repton Park, and the excellent wetlands around Fairlop Waters. The area sits neatly between the more London areas of Manor Park, West Ham and Wanstead, and the Golden Triangle of Essex formed by Loughton, Chigwell and Buckhurst Hill. This informs its social and housing character. There are good local pubs, but there are also very nearby - in areas such as Gants Hill as well as Redbridge itself - very good restaurants and eateries to choose from.
Here you will find superb detached houses, some of extremely prodigious size, from various periods from the 1930s onwards. There are excellent midwar properties and semis in the streets near to the A12, and nearby in the Garden City Estate you'll find very spacious new builds for extremely competitive prices. However the majority of houses here are spacious semis with excellent gardens and parking, dotting the roads from Ashhurst Drive to Falmouth Gardens and beyond.
Redbridge is perfect for families, with great local schools and transport making life for the commuter easy and restful.
