Flats in Westminster offer easy access to Lords
Those who like watching cricket may wish to seek property to rent in the City of Westminster, which includes Lords Cricket Ground.
With the England team having just won the Ashes, matches at the ground may be popular in the summer of 2011 and those living nearby can see several international fixtures.
There will be two Test matches, played against Sri Lanka in early June and against India in late July.
And fans of one-day matches can see England against Sri Lanka on July 3rd and India on September 11th.
Fans of the women's game can also enjoy a match as July 5th sees a one-day clash against Australia's ladies.
Lords is very close to St John's Wood Tube station on the Jubilee line and can also be reached from Warwick Avenue on the Bakerloo route.
Westminster residents who like cricket can also take the Victoria line Tube to Vauxhall, close to the Oval cricket ground, where England will play a Test against India next August and one-day games against both touring teams.
