Bollywood star neighbour to property for rent in Westminster
Tenants taking property for rent in Westminster could find they have a high-profile new neighbour in the coming weeks.
Oneindia reports that Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan has made the single largest property purchase ever recorded by one of the film industry's actors outside of India itself.
His purchase came in at a believed £20 million for an apartment in the Park Lane area of Westminster.
People moving into property for rent in Westminster may find they fall in love with their home as much as the actor reportedly has done.
"He went there this time with his kids; even they liked the place a lot and he there and then decided to lock it forever," an unnamed source tells Oneindia.
Local residents looking for off-street parking in the Park Lane area can purchase a season ticket for the Park Lane and Marble Arch car park from Westminster City Council, providing significant discounts on the daily "casual" tariff charged.
