Oval: A gem in the heart of Lambeth
Oval is a small area of Kennington which is situated in the London borough of Lambeth.
It is a big hit among both domestic and overseas visitors, while the surrounding borough is ideal as a place to live and raise a family.

Oval is probably most famous for being home to one of the world's most iconic cricket grounds.
It is also renowned for hosting the England cricket team in Test, one-day and Twenty20 matches, and is thus one of the more popular London attractions for those who love cricket.
Visitors are able to explore the venue and highlights of the tour include the members' pavilion, the players' dressing rooms, the Brian Johnston Broadcasting Centre and the Stand Roof Terrace.
The very first FA Cup final took place at this historic cricket ground, while an international football match between England and Scotland in 1870 also took place here.
Transport
The Oval is on the Northern Line and the nearest Tube station is its namesake, Oval.
It also has very good links with other areas of London, particularly Vauxhall, Brixton and Stockwell.
Lambeth
This is the borough in which Oval is situated. Lambeth is a district in Central London, with the nearest underground stations being Waterloo, Southwark and Lambeth North.
It is a thriving multicultural community, which is well known for its artistic ventures and development projects.
Lambeth is home to the National Theatre and South London Theatre, which is a busy community venue in the south of the borough.
Talent mogul Simon Cowell was also born in this part of London.

Education
Lambeth is home to a number of secondary schools and academies. Additionally, it has several independent schools, which are well-known for their academic excellence.
Three further education colleges are also situated in the borough - Lambeth College, the Marine Society College of the Sea and Morley College.
Entertainment
In addition to the various theatres and cultural landmarks in Lambeth, a brand new ice rink is set to open in Streatham shortly, with the help of Dancing on Ice star, Beth Tweddle MBE. The Olympic medalist will officially open Streatham's new Ice and Leisure centre on December 10th .
Beth and her Dancing on Ice partner, Daniel Whiston will be running a masterclass at the new rink.
The borough is also home to a number of tourist attractions, including the London Eye, the London Dungeon, Brixton market, Vauxhall City Farm and of course, the aforementioned, Oval.
