Tulse Hill also offers excellent developments of new housing, some affordable houses having been constructed around Upper Tulse Hill , whilst the site of the old Dick Sheppard School is now a beautiful estate where lovely luxury houses and apartments overlook the sumptuous green of Brockwell Park.
