Wandsworth music event to draw in the crowds
People visiting Battersea Park between Friday July 17th and Sunday July 19th will have the opportunity to see some of the benefits living in Wandsworth can bring.
Residents of flats to rent in Wandsworth and those living in other types of property, as well as people from outside the area, will congregate on the borough for a special three-day festival.
Ballroom dancing stars from across the world will be present in the park to give people lessons on how to move and shake like the professionals.
In addition to the classes, the weekend will also see live soul performances, jazz displays and various other kinds of entertainment.
Starting at 18:30 BST on Friday, the event is surely one for all the family.
Not too much further north of Wandsworth is Kensington and Chelsea, which is an area that also offers its community the chance to get into the festival spirit - with the annual Notting Hill Carnival. This year's showpiece event gets underway on August 30th.
