London 'to stay at heart of world's art market'
A decorative art event taking place in West London next month is set to preserve the city's place at the heart of global market, according to an expert.
Henry Apter, a founding partner of Masterpiece London which takes place between June 24th and 29th, proclaimed that the concept will showcase the finest not only in decorative arts but also items such as classic cars, jewellery and fine wines.
One of the star attractions is one of four library tables made for the Prince Regent, two of which currently take pride of place at Windsor Castle, while the fourth's whereabouts are unknown.
Mr Apter, who is also the director of 18th century English furniture dealers Apter-Fredericks, is also planning to continue the event for years to come and expects to attract international visitors to the capital.
News of this event showcasing design and artistic flair might encourage more people to consider looking for property to rent in the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
