An area that has been waiting for its moment for some time, Beckton is at last beginning to feel the benefits of the regeneration of East London - but it isn't happening too quickly for a smart investor to get a bargain.

There are several parks within easy reach - like many East London areas, Beckton is simply packed with green space - and leisure facilities include dry ski slopes, bowling and cinema multiplexes. With Docklands and City Airport easily reached within a few minutes, Beckton's also perfect for the City worker who needs to travel at a moment's notice.
