London Areas starting with I

Ickenham - UB10

Ilford - IG1 , IG2

Northeast suburb

Isle of Dogs - E14

A vast swathe of modern apartments, converted warehouses and town houses. Regenerated from its previous derelict state over the past decade, The Isle of Dogs remains somewhat isolated from the rest of Docklands and a little soulless. Unlike neighbouring Wapping, the Island, as it is known locally, remains vulnerable to market downturns due to its location on the fringe. Prices are highest for the newest developments and properties with river views.

Isleworth - TW7, CM8

Quaint white cottages and houses at its riverside borders lend a unique atmosphere to Isleworth. A mixture of Victorian terraces and more modern properties are to be found in the streets heading north. A good choice of flats maintains interest form first time buyers. Larger Victorian and Edwardian properties surround Osterley Park.

Islington - N1

Islington has a wide range of good quality housing stock. Parts are very handy for the City, parts are full of lively bars and trendy restaurants. It is where Tony Blair used to live.
