More Britons 'worried about finances'

More Britons 'worried about finances'The financial concerns of Britons have started to have a negative impact on their health, new research has revealed.

According to research by CreditExpert, this has led to stress-related illnesses such as Recession Strain Injury which can cause neck, shoulder and arm pain as well as pins and needles.

The news comes after chartered physiotherapist Sammy Margo reported a 25 per cent increase in stress related injuries seen in her clinic - suggesting that many people are suffering physically as a result of increased financial strain.

With this in mind, Britons concerned about their money may wish to look for flats to rent in Eltham or another part of London, which could be more affordable than taking on a mortgage.

Commenting on the news, Chris Tapp, director of Credit Action, said: "[Financial concerns] affects people's emotional well being, it affects people's relationships, it affects people's health. So it is quite a serious problem that we're facing."
