Camden 'a hot London location'
property to rent in Camden is a hot commodity, according to a Property Secrets writer.
Martin Grainger of the property investment website noted that Camden is among the "hottest locations" for renters of UK property at the moment, along with Islington and other areas in central and North London.
He described these areas as "high quality" and added there is "strong demand" for property to rent in Camden and other locations.
Recently, Camden Council and the Corgi Trust announced a new partnership which will aid residents of the North London borough by providing some with potentially life-saving free carbon monoxide detectors.
Residents - including those who live in property to rent in Camden - are eligible to receive a free device and have it installed at no cost if they are over the age of 60, have children under the age of five and are receiving benefits, or are disabled.
